With the posting format a date and team, does that mean that, for example, Ken and Omi will be interacting in the same post as Yohji, Ran and Aya, even if the two are different scenes taking place in different locations?

I found Aabunai's format from wk_whitenights both good and irritating, because if the characters changed location or other characters visited the post header wasn't accurate anymore, although you could find the posts more or less.
Do you have any other ideas on this?

Then you have a name and number for the scene, but no labels for the location or who's supposed to be there.

What about keeping the day, but adding a title like you suggested instead of characters?
So:
Monday 1: A bright morning
the next post on the same day would be
Monday 1.2: Out and about
Following post:
Monday 1.3: An encounter!
Next:
Tuesday 1: On the street
